There is no drying agent added, so while it does tak time to dry completely (15 - 20 minutes), there are no potentially irritating ingredients added. To speed up drying time, squeeze the bottle lightly when applying, so you get a finer line. You'll get the same artistic impact, using less product, and with faster drying tme.
