This USA-blended, aloe-based gel locks glitter exactly where you place it for low fallout and long wear, featuring classic Mardi Gras hues—purple, green, and gold—with holographic flashes. Wear it over face paint or as a bold highlight on glitter roots, cheekbones, shoulders, and chest. Perfect for parades, krewes, festivals, and any look that needs instant Crescent City magic.

How to apply: Tap a thin layer with a filbert brush or silicone spatula onto clean, dry skin or hair; press/layer to build parade-level coverage.
