Lavender has been used for over 2,500 years for its perfume and believed health benefits. Lavender is the safest essential oil to use when applying henna to children or pregnant women as it is the least likely to cause skin irritation.

Essential oils can be used in your bath, for massage, diluted for skin products, for hair care, inhalation, and diffusion.
