GTX Face Paint is a newer, artist-loved, professional water-based, glycerin-rich makeup created by a small family business in Georgetown, Texas. Designed for experimentation, GTX has a soft, clay-like, pliable texture that loads with very little water, wears comfortably on skin, and makes it easy to cut and press custom split cakes or refill existing pans. Artists can build custom one-strokes and split cakes using GTX’s square boxes, stamps, and a craft knife—with regular and custom box sizes allowing endless color combinations (each shade even sports a fun, Texas-inspired name). For best results when repotting, GTX recommends wearing gloves to keep hands clean and help extend the makeup’s lifespan.
