Black Velvet is ideal for beautiful, crisp line work. It is made of Paraffin as opposed to Glycerin like the rest of the GTX line allowing it to sit nicely on top of your other GTX paints.
Black velvet comes in a container labeled "liner" written in pink to differentiate it from the GTX "crafting" cakes. Contains 120 grams of makeup.
