Fusion neon paints are not glow-in-the-dark but need to be exposed to black lights to glow. These pigments have not been approved by the USA Cosmetic Regulator for cosmetic use yet, but they have been independently tested and deemed safe for cosmetic use by labs and government agencies outside of the U.S.
In the U.S. and some parts of Europe, these neon pigments are labeled as Special FX Products.
