Liquid Bling is made from an aloe gel base and cosmetic grade glitter. There is no drying agent added, so while it does take time to dry completely (15 20 minutes), there are no potentially irritating ingredients added. To speed up drying time, squeeze the bottle lightly when applying, so you get a finer line. You'll get the sme artistic impact, using less product, and with faster drying time.
